The Spain and Real Madrid captain went off injured in the first half of Tuesday's Nations League match

Spain blew Germany away in the Nations League on Tuesday with three first-half goals but the first 45 minutes ended in concern for La Roja and, especially, Real Madrid as Sergio Ramos was taken off injured.

Ramos was withdrawn on the stroke of half-time, replaced by Manchester City's Eric Garcia, and Spain later revealed he had a hamstring problem.

Madrid now face a nervous wait to see how long their captain will be injured for. With a number of injuries in defence already, Zinedine Zidane didn't need any more.

Spain also lost Sergio Canales in the first half to injury, although the Real Betis midfielder's replacement, Fabian Ruiz, proved key in two of the three goals.

The Napoli midfielder set up two of the goals with corners, the first for Morata and the second for Rodri. In between those efforts, Ferran Torres also scored.
