The Madrid captain took part in Madrid's training session this morning but is unlikely to play a part in the match against Juventus

Sergio Ramos has rejoined his teammates on their United States tour and is back training under new coach Julen Lopetegui. This sees Real Madrid regain their captain and final member of Spain's World Cup squad. He was given extra time off by the club.

Ramos was previously in Mexico celebrating his honeymoon with his wife, TV presenter Pilar Rubio.

After arriving in Miami, he jumped straight into the morning training session alongside his teammates. Afterwards he spent some time in the gym as he looks to build up his fitness ahead of the new season.

The next internationals to return are Brazilian duo Marcelo and Casemiro. After that it'll be World Cup finalists Raphael Varane, Mateo Kovacic and Luka Modric.

Real Madrid's next match will be this Sunday 5th August against Juventus. This fixture was originally expected to see Cristiano Ronaldo take on his former side but the Portuguese international will instead remain in Italy. Ramos, despite his return, is unlikely to be risked either.
