Samuel Chukwueze scored two stunning goals to all but rule out any hope of Real Madrid coming back in the title race.
They remain 12 points behind leaders Barcelona, having played an extra match, with the Catalans hosting Girona on Monday.
Pau Torres put through his own net in the opening stages as he tried to clear a Vinicius Junior cross.
However Chukwueze shimmied past Nacho and stroked home to level.
Vinicius scored a lovely solo goal early in the second half but Jose Luis Morales netted another leveler after more good work by Nigeria winger Chukwueze.
And hen the 23-year-old whipped a shot into the top corner from the edge of the box to win it for the visitors at the Santiago Bernabeu.
Barcelona can go 15 points clear on Monday against Girona.
