INCIDENCIAS

Partido correspondiente a la sexta jornada de la fase de grupos de la Champions League disputado en el Santiago Bernabéu.

Santiago Solari’s side had already qualified top of Champions League Group G, but that is small consolation in the face of a new thrashing which angered fans in the Spanish capital who whistled and jeered.

Chalov curled home for the visitors and after Thibaut Courtois made a good save from Mario Fernandes’s shot, Schennikov was on hand to follow up and tap home.

Madrid were booed off at half-time but it only got worse after the break as Sigurdsson lashed in the third.

CSKA became the first team to bet them home and away since Liverpool in 2009, although the Russians finished last in the group as Viktoria Plzen beat Roma 2-1 in the other match to finish third and qualify for the Europa League.
