Fede Valverde back in the group and could make the Atletico derby
The Uruguayan midfielder has returned after spending time out with a shinbone injury
Uruguayan midfielder Fede Valverde could be back for Real Madrid against Atletico Madrid in the derby clash on Saturday.
After Madrid's joy from beating Borussia Monchengladbach and sealing passage to the Champions League last 16, Zinedine Zidane has further good news in the form of Valverde's recovery. He participated in the training session on Thursday.
Valverde has missed around a month with the fracture in his right leg. Real Madrid said Dani Carvajal worked alone, as did injured bunch Hazard, Odegaard, Jovic and Mariano.
Zidane was thrilled after the win over Gladbach and said it was his team's best display of the season so far.
