Xavi Hernandez: "I'm a bit disappointed with Dembélé"

After the match against Milan, Xavi Hernandez admitted that he was a little disappointed with Ousmane Dembélé, who is due to complete his transfer to PSG in the next few hours.

The French striker did not take part in the last match of the tour of the United States and the Barça coach confirmed that the Frenchman has already told them that he is leaving.

"I'll be very clear, he has told us that he wants to leave, he has a proposal from PSG and we can't do anything about it. I'm disappointed but it's a personal decision. We have taken great care of him but it is the nature of the market, we cannot compete with the proposal they have made to him, it is out of our reach".

Xavi has acknowledged that PSG's 20 million euros per season is out of the Catalan's economic reach.

"I wish him all the luck in the world, although I am a little disappointed. But he told us that he had spoken to Luis Enrique and Nasser and that he was leaving. There was no way to convince him," he added.

With the match against Milan, the Barça coach was very satisfied.

"I finish with a very good feeling. We played and competed very well. We saw a very good Barça and this is the way forward. For me it was the best game, I'm very satisfied".

Ansu Fati, who scored the only goal of the game, also won praise. It was a truly wonderful goal.
