The Brazilian has recovered from his injury but has only played 12 minutes since April, whereas Kane has only just returned to training this week

The two sides which will contest the 2019 Champions League final come into the match with injury doubts. For Pochettino, he needs to decide whether Harry Kane is ready to start after only just returning to full training after a serious ankle injury. Klopp has a decision to make of his own. Does he bring back Firmino, who has recovered from his own spell on the sidelines, or keep faith with Origi who terrorised Barça?

Poch wouldn't confirm or deny Kane's status although he appears set for a role off the bench at the very least. He hasn't stepped out onto the pitch since re-injurying his ankle against Manchester City in the first leg of the quarter final match. He has, however, returned to full training and appears ready to play a part. Question marks will naturally hang over his match fitness having spent so much time out.

It's a similar story for Klopp with Firmino, although the Brazilian is a little further ahead in his recovery. There's every chance Firmino goes straight into the starting XI and after a break following the end of the Premier League season, he could be fresher than most. Origi will be hoping that isn't the case and will want to continue from where he left off against Barça at Anfield.

Keita is definitely out and the only other decision Klopp needs to make is whether Wijnaldum or Milner come into the midfield.
