Oshoala and Geyse scored braces as Barça ran riot against the Portuguese side
Barcelona kicked off their Champions League campaign with a stunning 9-0 win against Portuguese champions Benfica.
Jonatan Giraldez's side showed no mercy to their opponents and ended the game pushing for a 10th goal which didn't quite arrive.
Barca hope to go one better in Europe after losing last season's final to Lyon and set about their business quickly at the Estadi Johan Cruyff on Wednesday.
Patri Guijarro opened the scoring inside a minute and Aitana Bonmati and Asista Oshoala were also on target before the break.
Six more goals followed in the second half, with Mariona Caldentey and Ana-Maria Crnogorcevic both getting in on the act.
Substitutes Geyse and Claudia Pina also found the net before Oshoala and Geyse both completed their braces to make it nine.
The other game in the group ended Bayern Munich 2-1 Rosengard.
