The MSN trident's numbers are stratospheric for another season. Between Lionel Messi, Luis Suarez and Neymar, they have 67 goals in La Liga. 33 for Leo, 25 for Suarez and 9 for Neymar. Those numbers are good enough for Messi to be the Pichichi and in pole position for the European Golden Boot. Suarez is second in the Spanish top goalscorers chart.
Another interesting stat is that only ONE team in La Liga has scored more goals than just the MSN trio. Real Madrid have notched 92 times, although the BBC has just 36 goals, 31 less than the MSN. Bale has 7, Benzema 9 and Cristiano 20.
Even Atletico Madrid only have 65 goals, less than Barcelona's trident. The team with the lowest number of goals is Granada, who have notched only 28 times, 39 times less than the MSN and 5 less than Messi alone.
Even in Europe few clubs can outscore the MSN. Only Bayern Munich in the Bundesliga can, with 79 goals, while Chelsea have 73, Liverpool 70 and Tottenham 69.
