From July, Barcelona hav an option to buy Belgium left winnger Yannick Carrasco from Atletico Madrid for €18 million.
If Barça pay that amount, they can sign him, even if another team is prepared to pay more. The fee was negotiated as part of the Memphis Depay's January move in the other direction.
