Ousmane Dembele back in Barcelona training as PSG move drags
Barça were told by Ousmane Dembele he was activating his 50 million exit clause a few days before the end of this low-cost escape option. The clause was included in his renewal last summer and before it reverted to 100 million, the Frenchman went to PSG to activate the clause.
With that announcement, a period of negotiation was opened to try to ensure that 50% of that clause did not end up in the player's pocket and that is when the tug-of-war began between Barça and the player's representatives. The first contacts, always complicated with the Frenchman's agent, Moussa Sissoko, have not started well and the club is not finding the responses they want so that the operation can be lightened and he can already play for PSG under the orders of Luis Enrique.
FC Barcelona have no plans to make it easy for the player to leave Barça. This Sunday the player was called up for training like the rest of the squad and has not been given any special permission to resolve his situation, as is the case with Franck Kessie.
