The England U20 international has not settled at the Catalan club

Marcus McGuane will leave Barcelona on loan in the coming hours for Holland, where he will continue his career away from Camp Nou.

According to Football London, the midfielder has surprisingly accepted an offer to join Telstar in the Dutch second division.

Curiously, a few days ago he was in Croatia finalising a deal to sign for Hadjuk Split, but everything appears to have broken down at the last moment.

McGuane, an England U20 international, joined Barça B team from Arsenal in 2018. He had played for the English club's first team in the Europa League.

He appeared for Barça's first team in the Catalan Super Cup but now leaves on loan after making 24 appearances in 18 months with the reserve team.

Barça B coach Garcia Pimienta has too many players in midfield and the Englishman has accepted a loan move as he looks to continue his development.
