Luis Suarez's emotive message on Barça's disappointing LaLiga campaign
The Uruguayan striker posted a message on Instagram insisting the team want to end the season on a high note
It isn't just Messi who has had his say on FC Barcelona's disappointing LaLiga campaign. The captain didn't hold back as he insisted the team, and club, must do better after falling short to Real Madrid in the league.
The supporters are angry at Barça throwing away commanding positions in the competition and now all their efforts must be focused on winning the Champions League.
Uruguayan striker Luis Suárez has posted a message on his Instagram where he says that everyone associated with the club must reflect on the season and focus their attention on having a happy ending in Europe, as well as signing off LaLiga on a high.
"Today, like many other times, is a moment we must stand up and be counted. It's also a moment to accept that we haven't performed at the standard we wanted to, to look at ourselves and strengthen for the future. We first need to finish the last game of the season because the pride and prestige of wearing this shirt deserves that. Afterwards we relax, disconnect before returning to prepare for the Champions League. We'll fight together until the end and give our fans the happiness they deserve! Força Barça!"
