The English club are afraid of losing their star player and are thinking of alternatives

Draxler has lost protagonism at PSG with Neymar and Mbappe on the scene

Liverpool are starting to think of a future without Philippe Coutinho. Whether that's in January or in the summer, it seems the playmaker wants to pack his bags and move to Barcelona. Liverpool would like to keep him despite his attempts to leave, but are also working on a substitute in case the Brazilian departs.

According to the Mirror, Draxler is one of the names who is gaining strength in the last few hours. The young PSG forward has lost protagonism with Neymar and Kylian Mbappe on the scene in Paris. Di Maria is another player who is ahead of him in the pecking order.

Draxler has played 472 minutes from 11 games so far, scoring once and providing two assists. Not a great deal of time on the pitch for a player who cost PSG 40m euros last January.
