The Liverpool coach said something which adds fuel to the fire ahead of the game
Liverpool coach Jurgen Klopp has not taken long in spicing up the Champions League clash with Barcelona on Wednesday.
The German told DAZN: “The Camp Nou is just a stadium. Quite big, but not a temple of football.”
It is the first time Klopp comes to Camp Nou as an opposition coach, although he has been there as a spectator.
Klopp went to the game between Barca and Borussia Monchengladbach in 2016, along with his players - they were having a training camp in Sant Cugat.
The coach obviously was not that impressed by what he saw on an atmosphere level.
However he did say that “the game is fantastic for all fans of football.”
