Jordi Alba reveals the true reason he has improved his performances
The player says a change to his diet has helped him improve on the pitch

FC Barcelona left-back Jordi Alba has played well this season. There are reasons like Neymar's absence, which has allowed him to roam up and down the left flank, but also another reason for the change. Alba spoke to Tuttosport ahead of the Champions League clash.
"I feel well, I've always run a lot of kilometres in the games but now the feelings I have are very good. The new diet is suiting me well. I've given up carbonated drinks like Coca-Cola and Fanta and 'fast food' too," said Alba.
The left-back says that Barelona are going to Turin to try and win. "The draw is good enough but a club like Barelona is always obliged to win. We will go there like this, we want the three points."
Alba added that without Neymar: "Now we defend very well, not like the Italians but at a very good level."
