The club is selling 24.5% of Barça Studios to GDA Luma fund for 100 million euros

FC Barcelona continue their struggle to solve financial difficulties. After activating three levers, the club has now activated a fourth one, the sale of 24.5% of Barça Studios to the GDA Luma fund for 100 million euros.

Despite the new capital, Barça believes they will still need 30-40 million more to be able to register the seven players they have pending before they can add Marcos Alonso. The club look to manage this with the salary reductions that they are tackling, and maybe a departure or two.

It is a fight against the clock. FC Barcelona have until Saturday to be able to register all their pending players, namely Lewandowski, Raphinha, Koundé, Christensen and Kessié as new additions, and Sergi Roberto and Ousmane Dembélé as renewals.
