Daily Record: Manchester United will go all out to sign Neymar

Even though the Brazil star signed a new Barça deal he's still linked with other clubs

Neymar renewed his contract with Barcelona in the summer, extending his Camp Nou stay until 2021.

However, his future is still the subject of constant speculation. On Thursday, the Daily Record reported that Manchester United, a club who have previously chased the Brazilian, are ready to break the market and pay his release clause.

The British newspaper highlights United's need for attackers. With Zlatan Ibrahimovic in the final stages of his career and Wayne Rooney out of form, the club see Neymar as the solution to their problems.

Jose Mourinho gives a move for the player the green light, having previously tired to sign him for Real Madrid.

Neymar's new contract has a 200 million euro release clase for the first season, but it increases ad he goes into the second year of the deal and then again for the final three seasons.

Money is not too much of a problem for United, though, who broke the transfer record last summer when they signed Paul Pogba from Juventus.

The Daily Record also claims the problems Neymar has in Spain regarding his transfer could influence a move, given it may make him feel uncomfortable to remain where he is.
