FC Barcelona's president refused to comment on the recent incidents involving Neymar and Griezmann
FC Barcelona president, Josep María Bartomeu, has declined to talk about the recent cases of Neymar and Antoine Griezmann failing to attend preseason training with their respective clubs. In the presentation of Brazilian goalkeeper Neto, Bartomeu announced he would only be speaking about the club's new signing and transfer talk would have to wait for another day.
Since his previous comments, which caused talking points both in Spain and France, Bartomeu refused to be drawn into yet more drama. When asked to comment on PSG's Leonardo claiming Barça had made an enquiry for Neymar, he said: "We're presenting Neto. Nothing has changed regarding PSG and Neymar since what I said last Friday."
