Barcelona president Josep Maria Bartomeu has made first contact with PSG over Neymar, per Le Parisien.
The Blaugrana director encountered, per the French newspaper, a negative. However they say it was a temperature test from Barcelona, and the response was “cool” from PSG.
Of course this is just the beginning. Barcelona will get back in touch while Neymar will soon speak publicly about it to help facilitate the move.
PSG paid his 222m euro release fee clause to sign him two years ago. Barcelona will look to offer the French side Philippe Coutinho to help form part of the deal.
