The players are likely to share dressing room at UAE club Sharjah.

Despite having started the season with Barça, Miralem Pjanic will leave the Blaugrana to sign for Sharjah Cultural Sports Club of the United Arab Emirates, whose transfer market is still open and allows the registration of the Bosnian midfielder.

His departure is now a matter of hours. After passing the medical, he will sign the contract that will keep him at his new club for the next two seasons.

Pjanic will be one of the driving forces behind the burgeoning project of Leonardo Jardim, Monaco's memorable coach for 270 games spanning the club's best period in the recent past.

In the dressing room, he will find a player with whom he also shares a Blaugrana past: Paco Alcácer.

The striker was another of Sharjah's summer signings and in the team's debut, the ex-Blaugrana scored the second goal against FC Shabab Al-Ahli Dubai in a 0-2 win, playing the last half hour of the match.

The player from Torrent had reached an agreement with Villarreal and the Emirates club to play this season on loan, although his new destination decided to unilaterally break the agreement.

The 'groguet' team reached an agreement with Alcácer to carry out the termination of his contract and, thus, be able to sign as a free agent.
