Novaes, a 19-year-old striker who plays for Flamengo's U-20 side, has seven goals in 15 games played in 2023.
The young Brazilian moves with great quality and speed in the box and stands out for his finishing ability with a fine right foot.
Although he is primarily a centre-forward, he sometimes likes to start from the left to create shooting angles with that right peg.
Petterson would reinforce the attacking line of Rafa Márquez's team, who have already brought in Percan, Jaume Cuéllar and Pau Víctor this summer.
