Barca's result was irrelevant in light of Madrid's win, but it helped capture the disappointment of the campaign.
Former Barca man Jose Arnaiz gave Osasuna the lead in the first half only for Lionel Messi to level things up with a fine free kick.
Osasuna were reduced to 10 men when Enric Gallego was sent off, which led to Quique Setien's side chasing the winner.
However, there was a final twist when Roberto Torres scored in stoppage time to earn a surprise win for Osasuna, who became the first side to win at Camp Nou in La Liga since Real Betis did in November 2018.
