The Frenchman hopes to have all the documentation ready to undergo his medical with the Parisian club tomorrow

Ousmane Dembélé is in a hurry to wear the PSG shirt. The French striker travelled to Paris last night as he awaits a final resolution between Barça and PSG without any further obstacles. The operation has definitely entered the last stretch.

Mateu Alemany, Barça's director of football, confirmed Dembélé's trip and assured that the contractual settlement has been taken care of. If there are no further setbacks, something that has been recurrent every time the Barça sporting directorate and Ousmane's agents have negotiated, the French international will become a PSG player.

For the moment, no details have emerged about the final distribution of the 50 million euros that PSG will pay to sign Dembélé. It remains to be seen whether Ousmane will receive the 25 million euros stipulated in his latest renewal or whether Barça have managed to secure some last-minute financial compensation.

PSG's league debut

PSG also want to put the Dembélé case behind them as soon as possible. If the player passes the relevant physical tests tomorrow, he will then immediately sign the contract with PSG and be officially unveiled. In the worst-case scenario, the medical could be postponed until Friday.

The Parisian club are pushing to ensure that Dembélé can make his debut soon. As things stand, he will watch PSG's league opener against Lorient (Saturday 12, 21.00) from the stands. Luis Enrique has been a key player in the club's bid to sign him. The Asturian coach personally contacted Ousmane to seduce him with his sporting proposal after assuming the 'forced absence' of Mbappé.
