Barca want 30 million for Andre Gomes
He cost them 35m from Valencia plus 20 in variables
Andre Gomes can leave Barca this summer if the Catalan club do not lose money on the deal. Barca have told his agents that he can leave for 30 million euros. Barca paid 35m plus variables for the player from Valencia.
The player, who Luis Enrique wanted, has not worked at Barca but other clubs still want him. Gomes has played in a double pivote role in other clubs but here Barcelona don’t tend to use that and he has not fit in as a winger or interior. In a recent interview the player revealed he is having a bad time at Barca.
Last summer Gomes had some offers but he wanted to stay and earn Valverde’s confidence. Gomes’ future could be in the Premier League, where two teams have already asked about him.
