Barça and Real Madrid's pact which prevents Ilaix's move to Bernabeu
The midfielder is out of contract next summer and hasn't agreed new terms at Camp Nou
Ilaix Moriba's future will not be at Real Madrid. But things could have been different if Barcelona and Madrid and reached a 'no aggression' agreement recently.
With the Super League project still being worked on, the directors at Barça, Madrid and Juventus have strengthened their relationship. They have even decided not to go after the other teams' players -- unless it's an operation which is beneficial for both parties, such as Barça-Juve with Pjanic.

Madrid's interest in Ilaix is no secret. In fact, Barça have been convinced at various moments that Los Blancos were behind the young midfielder's reluctance to renew. And there was something. In Madrid, they consider -- and still consider -- him an interesting player with a big future. The 18-year-old has over a decade at the top ahead of him.
Given Ilaix's situation, Madrid president Florentino Perez was encouraged to move for the teenager. Madrid's recruitment department have good reports on the player and laid everything out to Perez.
However, Perez decided not to follow through on Madrid's interest after reaching a 'no aggression pact with Joan Laporta. The relations between Barça and Madrid are better since Laporta was re-elected. The Super League project has helped that. That is why Perez will not move for Ilaix.
Ever since I was little, I have looked forward to making my debut for @FCBarcelona. Thanks to Allah this has been possible. Last night was a dream come true and such a special moment for me and my family. This means so much but it’s just the start inshallah. Força Barça ❤️💙 pic.twitter.com/dtPKsGPn8d

FRIENDLY BARÇA-JUVE-MADRID TRIANGLE
Barça have known for several weeks that Los Blancos will not move for Ilaix. They're part of a triangle, along with Juve, full of respect. That doesn't mean they won't compete for the best players, but they won't move in cases like this one.
Therefore, at Barça they don't fear Ilaix making the move to Madrid. The club are convinced that, if he doesn't renew (and it seems impossible now) he will move to another country, most likely with RB Leipzig or Chelsea.
