Ousmane Dembélé could miss tonight's Joan Gamper Trophy against Tottenham. As SPORT have learned from Barça sources, the club is considering permitting Ousmane Dembélé to skip the game.
Barça have not announced the list of called-up players for the match, but the Frenchman is likely to be absent.
Barça, PSG and the player himself are finalising the definitive agreement for the Frenchman's move to the Parisian club and the Blaugrana would prefer the Gamper to not focus on him. Dembélé would thus avoid potential boos from the Azulgrana fans.
The Frenchman might not make the final squad for the game, but he has shown himself to be professional right up until the last moment. He travelled to close his move to PSG and, after failing to reach an agreement, he returned to Barcelona and trained under Xavi albeit his future lying away from FC Barcelona.
