Barça fans whistle Dembele on his first Camp Nou outing of 2022
The winger came on in the second half of the 1-1 draw with Napoli on Thursday
Ousmane Dembele was whistled by Barcelona fans as he made his first appearance of 2022 at Camp Nou in Thursday's 1-1 draw against Napoli.
Barça told Dembele to find a new club in January after failing to agree on a new contract with him, however, he ended up staying at the club and is likely to leave for free in the summer.
Despite some at the club being keen for him to be left in the stands for the rest of the season, coach Xavi Hernandez has said he will use the player.
Dembele made his first appearance in a month at Espanyol last weekend and made his first home appearance of the year against Napoli as a second-half substitute.
Barça fans jeered him when he came on and there were further whistles every time he touched the ball initially, although they died out by the end of the game.
